Compilation Engagements – Notice to Reader

It is important to have timely and accurate financial statements prepared by your accountant. Majority of small and medium size businesses require compilation level financial statements. For a compilation engagement, we prepare financial statements based on the information provided by our clients. Compilation engagements are completed with 2 – 3 weeks of intake.

Review Engagements – Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE)

For businesses that require funding or have shareholders that are not actively engaged in the business, a review engagement is generally required. Review engagement provides a limited assurance that the financial statements are prepared in accordance with the required standards. Review engagements are completed with 5-6 weeks of intake.
